Uty Kotwal
Utkarsh “Uty” Kotwal is a Director, Chief Financial Officer and Podiatrist at OnePointHealth, combining clinical podiatry experience with financial and business leadership across the group. Uty completed a Bachelor of Medical Science at the University of New South Wales before continuing into a Bachelor of Applied Science in Podiatry at Western Sydney University. He began with the group as its original cadet in 2004 and has since developed a long-standing role across both clinical practice and leadership. As a podiatrist, Uty treats a broad range of foot and lower limb conditions, with particular interests in paediatrics, workplace lower limb pathology, biomechanics, heel pain and orthotics. In addition to his clinical work, he leads the finance team as Chief Financial Officer across the OnePointHealth Group. Uty is also actively involved in community initiatives, including local sports and The FootCare Project, and has a strong interest in helping children and families stay active and pain free.

Michael Todd
Michael Todd is the Chief Executive Officer of the OnePointHealth Group, which includes OnePointHealth, Alliance Orthotics and The Footwear Store. Michael joined the group in 2016 and has played a key leadership role through a period of growth, partnership development and broader business expansion. During his time with the organisation, the group was listed in the 2017 and 2018 Australian Financial Review Top 100 Fast Starters and developed partnerships with organisations including the Penrith Panthers and Western Sydney Wanderers. Before joining OnePointHealth, Michael worked as a business adviser and was recognised as Best BEC Mentor in Australia in 2013. He holds qualifications across business, marketing, business facilitation, training and assessment, and is also an Accredited Mental Health First Aider and Justice of the Peace. Michael brings a strong business, leadership and community focus to OnePointHealth, with a particular interest in helping people and organisations perform at their best.

David Logue
David Logue is a Director and Podiatrist at OnePointHealth, with extensive experience in podiatry, lower limb care, biomechanics and allied health business leadership. David completed his Bachelor of Applied Science in Podiatry at the University of Western Sydney in 2004. He went on to establish Mountain Top Podiatry in the upper Blue Mountains in 2007 and acquired Blue Mountains Podiatry in 2010, building a strong presence in the local healthcare community. In 2021, David played a key role in the merger with OnePointHealth and became a Director of the merged entities. He now works with the broader leadership and management team across a substantial multidisciplinary allied health group. David has a strong clinical interest in lower limb biomechanics, gait analysis, muscle interaction and foot posture, particularly where these factors influence movement, comfort and long-term function.

Chris Farrugia
Chris Farrugia is the Chief Operating Officer of the OnePointHealth Group, bringing together experience in allied health, operations, team development and healthcare business management. Chris began his journey with OnePointHealth in 2015 as a Podiatry Cadet while completing his Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine. He later completed a Master of Business Administration, strengthening his background across both clinical healthcare and business leadership. In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Chris is involved in supporting OnePointHealth’s people, systems, operations and broader team development. He is also actively involved in OnePointHealth’s charitable and community initiatives, including The FootCare Project and men’s and women’s health activities. Chris has a particular passion for developing people and supporting the next generation of healthcare professionals through cadet programs, university engagement and internal training pathways.
